Frequently Asked Questions

How do we sign up or inquire about trying out for Titans?

For questions pertaining to the program, you may click on Contact Us at the top.  To register for a tryout, click on Events.

Where are you located?

We are located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, and run lessons, practices, meetings out of areas such as Bridgeville, Scott Twp, Greentree, Bethel Park, and surrounding areas.

What age groups do the Titans run?

We have teams for 2018 at 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U and 17U.  We will move players up, as needed, if they can play at an advanced level.

How often do your teams practice?

For younger teams that aren't of high school age, we practice at least once per week starting in February.  For older teams in high school, we schedule as needed, usually once per month during high school season, and about once per week after high school season until our travel season concludes.

How far do you travel?

We travel within about a 3 hour radius from Pittsburgh for tournaments.  We travel often to tournaments in eastern Ohio, Pittsburgh, and West Virginia.  Occasionally, we will travel to a destination tournament outside of these limits, but that is decided upon a vote from the entire team or age group that will travel.

Are your coaches dads or professionals?

Each age group has at least one hired professional.  We may have dads as assistants and scorekeepers in which the Head Coach will select prior to the season, but our goal is to use our professionals to help develop your player.

What makes your program valuable compared to others?

We have a young professional staff, with proven success at our level.  We are one of the most, if not the most, affordable programs in the area with hired staff and volume of learning opportunities compared to the price.  We have a large number of staff involved at our winter practice structure, which is our most opportune learning environment (a ratio of approximately 4 players per coach).

How much does your program cost?

Our program costs $1,230 for the 2018 season.  Players in our program can also take lessons from our staff for $40 per half-hour or $70 per hour.
